Event Rate (includes use of kitchen)
Non-member: $500 rental / $500 deposit
FB Voting member: $300 rental / $300 deposit
Meeting Rate (weekday & use of Hall / Conference Room only):
Non-member: $150 rental / $150 deposit
FB Voting member: $50 rental / $50 deposit
Hall Rental Requirements
1. Identification: renter must provide a CA Driver's License
2. Security: Renter must provide documentation / contract for hired security guards in writing
for scheduled event, prior to possession of keys for the facility.

- There is no smoking allowed in the building
- Room dimensions are 46'9" by 28'
- Approximately 100-120 person occupancy capacity
