Hall Rental Requirements 1. Identification: renter must provide a CA Driver's License 2. Security: Renter must provide documentation / contract for hired security guards in writing for scheduled event, prior to possession of keys for the facility.
Other Information
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises
Kitchen and hall must be cleaned by the renter following an event
All doors must be locked upon leaving
Lights, appliances, air conditioner / heater must be turned off upon leaving
