The Madera County Farm Bureau is committed to agricultural education through programs that develop leaders, engage youth, fund scholarships, and build strong connections between our organization and local agricultural stakeholders.

AG Education Grant Program

Up to $10,000/year

The Madera County Farm Bureau Ag Education Program offers grants of up to $10,000/year to support agricultural education initiatives. The program has funded projects such as the purchase of a livestock trailer for Madera-Liberty FFA in 2019 and a forklift for the same FFA chapter in 2023.

Local FFA Programs

Boost the abilities of future leaders with our lively Youth Programs, a joint effort between FFA and 4-H. These programs teach important life skills, promote agricultural learning, and encourage responsibility.

Madera Community College offers a broad range of post-secondary programs including Agriculture Plant Science, Plant & Soil Science, Ag Business, Ag Education, and Ag Mechanics with Industrial Maintenance and Manufacturing.
