Rules & Expectations

Renters must sweep, mop, and clean all floors including kitchen, entry, and bathrooms. Tables and chairs must be cleaned and NOT STICKY. Remove all decorations, tape, tacks, gum, and candle wax.

If any part of the building, parking lot, and adjacent livestock areas are damaged or not found as they were left, your deposit will be adjusted accordingly or withheld entirely.

The livestock area is strictly off-limits to all renters and their guests.

Griddle pilot lights must be extinguished or deposit forfeits. All doors must lock upon exit. All appliances and lights must be turned off.

Brooms and mops are provided. Renters must supply their own cleaning products.
